Effective April 1, 2010, all common areas and multi-family rental units at New Columbia are smoke free! It is prohibited to smoke with in 10 feet of a window or doorway. Who is Conservice?

For all residents of New Columbia the payment for your water and sewer usage is your responsibility. Conservice is the water billing company that provides service to the apartment residents at New Columbia. Do not ignore billing statements that are mailed to you. Beginning July 1, 2010, we will no longer accept payment for water and sewer in the rental office. All payment will need to be remitted to the water billing company. If you receive a utility reimbursement check, the billing will no longer be deducted from this payment. It is a requirement of the rental agreement at New Columbia that all utility bills be paid in a timely manner. Failure to do so will put your housing at risk.
