Meet the New Columbia Community Director: Darcy Vincent
Whether you see her in the pocket parks or at community town hall meetings, Community Director, Darcy Vincent is already proving to be a positive addition to the New Columbia community.

Darcy came on board on July 1, 2009 when Guardian Real Estate Services became the property management company for New Columbia. Darcy not only brings 15 years of experience in property management but she also brings fresh ideas on how to collectively build community. Since she began on July 1st, she has already played softball with youth at a “Pocket Park” event, met residents at the monthly Community Town Hall meetings, and secured funding for an additional concert in the McCoy Park Summer Concert Series.
“The Community Speaks Initiative survey has allowed people to share their thoughts and hopes for the future of New Columbia. I will continue to listen to ideas or concerns you may have. Don’t let your working hours get in the way of communicating with me either. You can email me, call me, come by the office or if you would like to relay information to me after hours, you can write me a note and put it in the drop box located on the main office doors.”
So come by and say hello to Darcy in the New Columbia management & leasing office at 4605 N Trenton. She has a new phone number coming soon, but can be reached directly at Darcy.Vincent@gres.com
When you walk into the property management office, you’ll be greeted by several leasing agents: Liz, Jessica and Kelly. They can help you with questions you have related to housing, maintenance and property management.

We welcome new staff to the front office. Jessica Miller has joined Liz and Kelly on our leasing team. Amy Crates is our new Compliance and Administrative Assistant. Please come in and introduce yourselves!!

Jessica is an aspiring novelist. She also loves to cook and claims to make the world's best macaroni and cheese! Any challengers?
